What is a period kit?
- Something you give to your daughter BEFORE she starts her first period
- Packed with everything she’ll need when her first menses hits
- Easy to carry so that she will never be caught without her supplies!
- Serves as a great conversation starter and teaching tool if you haven’t talked to her yet about what is coming
- Inconspicuous in a backpack, sports bag or sleepover bag.
What's inside?
- 2 Cotton flannel cloth pads (one for heavy flow one for light flow)
- 2 Flo bamboo disposable pads (regular and overnight)
- 1/2 oz bottle of Organic Cramp bark glycerite (natural, more effective alternative to commonly used NSAIDs)
- All in a cotton canvas tote, designed by a mother-daughter team!
